Isn’t Speech Therapy only concerned with talking?

Speech Therapy is not only concerned with talking. Speech Therapy can help people living with cognitive impairment, aphasia, Parkinson’s Disease, concussion, swallowing disorders, voice disorders, and speech issues.
Will I need Speech Therapy for the rest of my life?

Although Speech Therapy may sometimes take a while, most individuals improve enough to not require prolonged therapy. Of course, the duration of therapy is different for everyone.
What is FEES?

Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) is a mobile, home-friendly assessment that is sensitive, accurate, and safe, providing valuable clinical insights into swallowing physiology and safety. What if i don’t know if i need Speech Therapy?

If you are not sure if you would benefit from Speech Therapy services, you can contact us for a free consultation where we will speak with you directly about your concerns/goals and let you know if you would benefit from a Speech Therapy evaluation.
Which areas do you cover with your mobile services?

We cover areas along the treasure coast of Florida but more specifically Indian River County, St. Lucie County, Martin County, Okeechobee County, and Palm Beach County.
Do you accept insurance?

At this time, Nexa Speech Concierge is a Medicare provider but does not accept other insurance plans. However, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits.
